· Ball Therapy Class– Rolling on small balls to create muscle release, each week a different part of the body will be addressed Shoulder, Neck, Back, Stomach and Legs. Not for the faint hearted! · GYROKINESIS® Class – Also known as moving yoga, Integrating principles taken from dance, tai chi and yoga, this is a unique system that works the body through fluid, rhythmic and undulating movements, incorporating both stool and mat work based exercises. · Back Rehabilitation / Osteoporosis Class – Movement of the spine is the key to health. It is imperative that the spine maintains its flexibility and function in order to prevent injuries. This class is those of us who do not move easily whether from injury or from being sedentary . |
